The center second hand looks to be broken as it is short and I would recommend it be replaced. The case is gold filled and in decent shape for its age, it is about 28mm in diameter and is a small watch. The watch is being sold as is because it needs serviced, and the crown for the bezel does not look original, also the dial appears to have been refinished at some point in its life.
