However the buckle / latch is replacement and unsigned , the Omega one would have been stamped ST 1193/672 also the crown is unsigned and the back cover is an unsigned replacement which would have been Omega Ref 198.0065 . May have very fine marks from storage but generally very good indeed , with full length bracelet including all original links . Measures Watch Case = 42mm Top to Tail , 35mm Side to Side .
